Sushi-Making Experience

Sushi time! Nothing is more fun than spontaneously creating tasty & visually impressive rolls, nigiri, & carpaccio. Mine always use 4-6 vegetables inside the rolls to maximize color (& healthiness), along with a variety of veggie/herb/flower garnishes as well as condiments & sauces to complete the presentation.  And of course, I use the freshest wild caught sashimi-grade fish from the SB Fish Market. Take a class with me, either at my home or yours!
